After my little encounter with Unreal Tournament 3 earlier today, I need a firewall that stops an application from accessing the internet completely. That means on all ports and protocols. And there are quite a few protocols out there.

This thing must not use that much RAM. Anything less than 10mbs is fine. The maximum RAM usage that I'll tolerate would be 20mbs. No more. Doesn't matter if it is free or not. I'm going to be needing one soon if the game company faggotry continues.

If anyone can point one out to me that would be useful.

takes less than 10MB ram with 2 processes in my vista ( :blarg: )

i'd recommend the netlimiter 2 pro - version, but it's not free anymore. maybe the free version will be enough four your purpose =)

Ok, I don't think Netlimiter is the one I'm looking for. There was something I remembered that I absolutely need.

I need something that allows me to block specific ports or allow them on specified programs.

Example 1: I want to be able to use uTorrent for all my torrenting needs, but I want to block all Port 80 traffic coming from it while leaving all the other ports open. (Port 80 is HTTP for those who have forgotten. Yeah, people are starting to use Port 80 on uTorrent and is pissing me off. Shouldn't be happening.)

Example 2: I want to play OpenArena multiplayer, but I want to block all ports except for the ones that I want to open up to play on my favorite servers.

RAM usage is going out the window with this post, any suggestions would be nice if you have any.
