One of the best tricking movies ever made. You think I can wait for EH3 which they gave a preview of at QuakeCon 2007 or am I dying to see it?

OMG! I wonder how long it takes them to think of this stuff and executing it! Never in a million years did I think it was possible to pull those kind of stunts :)

If you did play on our CPMA server while it was running, then you will really come to appreciate this video and the skills behind it. Truly memorizing video.

When you first start playing Defrag you have a daunting world ahead of you. The learning curve is steep, very steep. Quan-Time, an old Q3 player, realised how hard it is to start from the beginning by yourself, so he took matter in his own hands and created the movie Genesis - In the beginning.

The movie is just over 340mb and requires Xvid to be watched. This movie is highly recommended, especially if you are new to Defrag since this covers the most basic techniques and also touches on more advanced topics. Enjoy the show..

Hey, I actually learnt the very few things I know from that video--knowing how I play perhaps that means that is rubbish? No, it's actually a very good one :)

By the way, I remember seeing in that video some sort of OSD info about the acceleration...do we have anything like this for OA?

There are varcommands that gives accelerations/angles/speed e.t.c but the most common one is the /df_hud_cgaz 1 which activates Camping Gaz's Hud. This one gives you the acceleration as a narrow red bar. If the bar moves towards the left, then you accelerate, if it goes right, then you are de-accelerating.
