Is it possible to use "combined key bind" in urt or other games by writing in their config file???
For example: shift+s(key)=heal in urban terror

Is it possible to use double click binding to any key or mouse button?
For example: Double click on left mouse button=reload

Not at all, read the topic description. :D

And you could make a script like doubleclick left = reload in autoIT for instance. Should only take a few minutes, if you know what you are doing.
